One of the core elements of the IIE is to ensure Faculty have the necessary resources to enhance their inclusive pedagogy & praxis in and outside of the classroom. As an Institute dedicated to the well-being of our educators, we provide offer programming with a focus on building community, facilitating communication, and ensuring that our faculty feel connected to the Pomona community. In addition, our growing collection of literature informs our work and available for loan. In addition, we  always welcome additional suggestions as to what we might add.
